The Create
a Happy 'Tude newsletter is published monthly on the 2nd
Tuesday of each month. It's purpose is to inspire and
motivate readers to keep a happy, healthy, prosperous
attitude by providing articles, exercises, tips, and resources.

Life is
about change. It's about movement. Atoms, molecules...
all those teeny-tiny, sub-atomic bits that band together
to form our bodies, the chair we're sitting on, the car
we drive, the flowers, trees and other aspects of nature
we enjoy, they are all in constant motion - vibrating,
energy in motion.
Our thoughts
are full of this vibrating energy also, which is why our
attitudes are so important. If we're resisting change,
growth, or moving forward in any area of our lives, we're
really just making life hard for ourselves. So, lighten
up, put a smile on your face, and get happy! At least,
life will be much more fun that way!
Everytime
I see a butterfly, I'm reminded that life is about change
- a series of transformations that continually move us
toward fulfilling our purpose here on this good earth.
And if I can help bring a smile to someone's face, offer
a different perspective, or inspire just one person to
get a move on, then I will have taken one more step toward
fulfilling my purpose in life.
